Investing in Leadership Trainings: Next Level Leaders Program
At Blogapalooza, continuous learning isn’t just a value—it’s a priority. That’s why the BlogaTeam is taking professional and personal development to new heights through its latest Training and Development initiative, the Next Level Leaders program, in partnership with mentors from the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn. Running from February 5 to March 12, 2025, this transformative series equips BlogaTeam members with essential skills in Leadership, Coaching, Mentorship, and Cross-Industry Collaboration.
“The training specifically contributed to learning how to communicate properly and efficiently. Mastering skillful communication can help you understand other people better. By learning how to communicate properly, you will be able to get things done and avoid miscommunication,” shared Kath Taylan, Talent Manager at Blogapalooza.

February was also a time for reflection and renewed motivation, as the BX Talents of Blogapalooza—guided by their tagline, Be Exceptional, Be Extra Ordinary, Be Excellent, BX—came together for a fruitful event refresher on their mission and vision. The Vision Workshop: “I Attract Positive Energy” combined the BX Orientation with a Manifestation & Vision Board Workshop, led by the inspiring Ms. Darlyn Ty-Nilo from Viviamo Inc. (Belle De Jour). This session reinforced the power of purpose, helping BX Talents set clear goals, embrace opportunities, and make an even bigger impact in the industry.
